BIO

Don Ingrassano began his career in 1993 as a sales representative in a family owned ready mixed concrete and aggregate business. He entered the cement industry in 1998 as a sales representative and progressed in a variety of commercial and marketing management roles. Don joined Roanoke Cement Company in 2006 with responsibilities for commercial and logistics operations. In 2012, he became Vice President of Titan Virginia Ready Mix, and in 2016 became Vice President of Sales – Cement and Aggregates for Roanoke Cement Company.
